Non Graded Classes
ContemporaryContemporary Dance introduces the dancer to techniques created by pioneers such as Cunningham, Graham and Limon. It involves the strong use of breath, contraction and release and fall and rebound. The technique requires a strong technical ability as well as the use of expression, it strives to connect the mind and body through fluid dance movements.
